If flavor had a spokesperson, it’d be Ray.

Born and raised in the culture-rich streets of New Orleans, I grew up on Po'Boys, gumbo, red beans, second lines, and soul food Sundays. Booku isn’t just a business—it’s my way of bringing a piece of home to the people.

Every Po'Boy I serve is built on tradition, hustle, and heart. I didn’t launch this brand to play it safe—I built it to stand out. Loud. Proud. Over-the-top. And always real.
